This pleasant condo has spectacular Gulffront views of immaculate white beaches and translucent emerald waters. It is a professionally decorated, brand new, ninth floor condo. This condo provides a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table easily seats four, and there are two extra bar stools to accommodate extra guests. The living area has plenty of room to comfortably seat the entire party. This area is perfect for anyone to relax after a long day on our auroral beaches. From this area, you can access the balcony via sliding glass doors. The main bedroom includes a king size bed. The main bedroom also grants you access to the balcony. Just imagine waking up to an immaculate view of the ocean, and falling asleep to the pacifying sound of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a DVD from the library when youre ready to unwind. The second bedroom has two double beds and shares a bathroom with the common area. This commodious condo also contains a very handy bunk area for a set of twinoverfull bunk beds perfect for children and teenagers. Things to know Pool passes included Elevator in building Beach chairs and an umbrella are available March through October Please note The property association will begin Hurricane Sally repairs to the windows and sliders of all Summerwind properties. Repairs will begin Feb 7th. Please contact us to determine if this unit will be affected during your stay.
