Four bedrooms give everyone a place to land, and a private balcony off one of them is a fine spot to catch the afternoon breeze. Out front, Adirondack chairs invite you to linger, and the community pool, just steps away with its own pool house and grill, becomes the natural meeting point between beach trips. True to its name, the neighborhood backs up to the greenway, where wooded trails run into Point Washington State Forest for morning walks and bike rides. Just beyond the gates, Greenway Station gathers local favorites like Canopy Road Café, Turbo Coffee, Local Cantina, and Pecan Jack's Ice Cream within an easy stroll. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - There is a sleeper sofa upstairs. - The maximum number of vehicles which can park on-site: 2 - There is active construction in the community, so it may get noisy at times. Parking Details: A maximum of 2 vehicles can park onsite. On-street parking is prohibited. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
